What do I receive with each order?

Each product page states the package weight and product details. Every order is made fresh in small batches in Mesa, Arizona.

When will my order ship?

We normally begin making an order on the next business day and ship it on the following business day. Most orders ship within 2 business days, although processing may take up to 3 business days when additional preparation time is needed.

How long does delivery take?

Our current domestic checkout estimates are generally 3–4 business days for Standard shipping and 5–8 business days for Economy shipping after the carrier accepts the package. The services, prices, and current estimates available for the destination are displayed at checkout.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

How can I track my order?

We email tracking information when an order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to show movement after the carrier receives the package.

What if my order is damaged, melted, incorrect, or lost?

Email GrandCanyonMarshmallowFactory@gmail.com with the order number and a description of the issue. At your choice, we will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund. You will not need to return the food product.

How quickly are refunds issued?

We issue approved refunds to the original payment method within 48 hours. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

Do you have a retail store at the Grand Canyon?

No. Grand Canyon Marshmallow Factory is an online small-batch business based in Mesa, Arizona. Our name and recipes are inspired by the Grand Canyon, but we do not operate a retail location at the canyon. The Mesa address shown on our website is our production and mailing address, not a public storefront.
